Chicago Soccer Foundation Refund Policy

Chicago Soccer Foundation follows a strict refund policy. Refunds will only be given if it is requested before the start date of the specified program. Uniform and processing fees will not be included in the refund. Any requests made after the start date of the program will be issued in the form of credits. All credit request outcomes are at the discretion of the Chicago Soccer Foundation upon review. Credits can be used for any future Chicago Soccer Foundation program. Written injury or illness requests must include a doctors note, request outcomes are at the discretion of the Chicago Soccer Foundation.

Exceptions to the above policies will be made only if a player relocates to a distance greater than 50 miles from the Chicago Soccer Foundation main office. Conflicts with practice schedules are not grounds for refunds or credits. There will be no refunds or credits granted for any programming postponed or cancelled due to weather, forfeits, acts of God or world events.

Chicago Soccer Foundation is primarily funded through player registration fees. Staff are hired and programs are run based on the registrations received. Additionally, the majority of program expenses are incurred up front (fields, uniforms, insurance, etc). Due to these factors, Chicago Soccer Foundation operates under a strict refund policy.
